Itinerary

Join this tour and get to see the legendary Maracana Stadium in the morning and the Corcovado Mountain with the Christ Redeemer Statue in the afternoon.

After a scenic drive through Ipanema, Copacabana and downtown Rio de Janeiro for hotel pick up we head towards the most important stadium of Brazil.

Recently renovated for the 2014 World Cup Finals and the 2016 Olympics, the Maracana stadium is trully impressive.

We explore its history with videos, sounds and different experiences that will last forever in your memory through the different levels of the stadium.

Discover the collection of relics of the stars who made the history of this temple of football.

Visit the the Locker rooms and spend some time inside the warm-up room, feel like the world's biggest stars as you cross the tunnel to the pitch and you hear the recorded voice of thrilled fans!

Seat on the pitch grass and imagine Zico, Pele and Garrincha playing just there! Marvel at the size of the stadium - more than 70.000 seats and try them out. You will feel the history and the excitement of the games in the air.

Enjoy your free time between the two tours to have a delicious lunch near your hotel.

We pick you up early afternoon for your Corcovado Mountain with Christ the Redeemer Statue Tour.

We pass by the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas (except on Sundays) on our way to the Cosme Velho Train cog station at the bottom of Corcovado Mountain.

Board the train to take the ride up to the top through the dense Tijuca rain forest. At the top of Corcovado Mountain the guide will point out the two ways to go to the impressive Christ the Redeemer Statue. Choose between the 220 steps or the elevators to enjoy the fantastic views of Rio and the Guanabara Bay.

After taking some pictures with the 38m tall (125ft) Christ Redeemer Statue we recommend you to have a Caipirinha at the bar close to the Statue and relax gazing at the 360 degree views of the Cidade Maravilhosa.

Meet your guide to board the train back to the bottom of the Corcovado mountain before heading to the hotels area.
