The Region

Northern Brazil includes the North and the Northeastern regions of Brazil. In the North you will find of Acre, Amazonas, Amapá, Pará, Rondônia, Roraima and Tocantins. The most popular destination is Manaus, in the State of Amazonas.

In the Northeastern you will find the states of Maranhão, Piauí, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Paraíba, Pernambuco, Alagoas, Sergipe and Bahia. And the most popular destinations are Fortaleza, Recife, Salvador, João Pessoa, Natal and Maceió.

The climate in the North are normally warm and quite humid, with seasons of Rain. In the Northeastern it is warm throughout the year, and the sunny days are very common in this region.
