- Bilingual guide available only in the carriage during the train ride. Customer must choose his prefered language at the moment of purchase. Available in Portuguese, English or Spanish
- You must provide full name, birth date and Passport number for every passenger (if you are Brazilian, enter your ID or CPF). This information is necessary for the mandatory passenger listing required by ANTT
