You’ll be met at the GIG Tom Jobim Airport, SDU Santos Dumont Airport, or from several hotels in Leblon, Ipanema and Copacabana, and taken to your hotel in Buzios, or vice versa.

From SDU or GIG - TERMINAL 1 - for flights arriving between 6:00am and 2:00am. Staff will greet you when you clear airport customs - If you have any issues, you can go to the meeting point and half hour prior to departure, the guide will pass by the meeting point- or you can just call us. If you are arriving outside that time window, just go straight to the meeting point.

When being picked up from the Hotel or Bed and Breakfast, please wait in the lobby ready for pick up at the stated times.

Meeting point at GIG (Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim):

• Terminal 2 - International Flights: as you leave the restricted area, walk straight and you will see Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0. This is your meeting point.

• Terminal 2 - Domestic Flights: as you leave the restricted area, turn right and continue straight until reaching Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0. This is your meeting point

• Terminal 1 - International and Domestic Flights: go to the 1st floor and take the path to Terminal 2. When you arrive at Terminal 2, you will go down to Ground Level (two levels down) on Floor 0 and walk straight to Delta Café close to Gate C on Floor 0.


Meeting point at SDU (Santos Dumont Airport):

• Bob's - a fast-food restaurant, next to the Main Arrivals Hall. This is your meeting point.


Departure times are as follows:


From GIG or SDU to Búzios:

11am, 3pm and 9pm.


From Búzios to GIG or SDU:

3am, 7am and 11am.


Transfers between hotels located in Leblon, Ipanema or Copacabana, and hotels in Búzios:

From 10 am, from Rio de Janeiro to Búzios.
From 7 am, from Búzios to Rio de Janeiro. See less
