- You will be sent a confirmation shortly by e-mail with your voucher with the exact departure time within the time window of the selected option. (please be mindful that tickets are processed during the day, local time in Brazil)

- Exchange your voucher (printed or digital) for your boarding pass at the box office on the day of your visit. A valid ID is required to make the exchange.
