Day 1 - Bus Bier Tour::

On this tour you will dive into the Craft Beer universe aboard Bus Bier, an amazing themed bus. In Gramado, we will visit the Rasen Bier and Ambarina Breweries. In Canela we will visit the Farol Brewery. At Farol and Ambarina there will be guided tours and you can see the entire brewing process and curiosities of each brewery. You will know the inputs, the machinery and the entire brewing process until it reaches your glass. You will enjoy different styles of draft beer during the tour.

Day 2 - Nova Petropolis Tour::

A special itinerary for those who want to know and experience the German culture, imprinted in the architecture and tradition of the city of Nova Petrópolis. The tour begins with a visit to the Pedras do Silêncio Sculpture Park. The history of German immigrants is told in more than 80 sandstone works created by gaucho sculptors.

We will also visit the Immigrant Village, where we will see the rescue of the entire history of the arrival of German immigrants. We will also go to Praça das Flores (Flowers Square), famous for its flowering beds of seasonal plants and for housing the Green Labyrinth, which challenges visitors on a secret path through the cypresses.

The tour continues with a visit to Sander House, located in the region of Nove Colônias - colonized by Germans from Bohemia, where we will learn about the production of fruits, jams and artisanal juices. Then we will visit the Edelbrau Brewery, with themed rooms, stories of the region and the roots of the local culture, curiosities and many other attractions that introduce the public to the fascinating world of beer. From hops to production, the space provides a journey through the scents of the ingredients, the textures, the stories and the flavors of the different styles of Edelbrau beers.

Finally, we will stop for shopping at Mukli Alfajores, which handcrafts alfajores made with authentic Uruguayan Dulce de Leche.
